What This Program Is: Spend 40 consecutive days seeking, finding the quiet space within ourselves. Exploring yoga movement, experiencing personal inquiry, adjusting thoughts and practices about the way we eat, all with the support of a group. Group meetings will take place every week and will be centered around a weekly theme. Physical practice will revolve around breath work and learning to sit comfortable. The focus is journaling and group discussion.
Who is this Program for? Anyone and everyone. Meditation, journaling, or yoga experience not required.

This is for anyone looking to make positive changes in their lives.

Where:  Yogachelan – zoom platform (if you need help let us know).
When:   Meets weekly  for 7 weeks. Registration needed.
Investment: $75 for weekly meetings. The 40 Days to Personal Revolution Book is about $25.
