Sloga classes are designed for the beginner to intermediate plus to learn or review the foundation moves, yet will move slowly and gently for those who may be working with an injury, illness, pregnancy, arthritis, back concerns, etc. Maybe you just want a relaxing, slower moving class to enhance your other yoga practice.
These classes will spend a little more time on the breath phase and the relaxation phase of the practice. Modifications will be added for those with different needs making this a very comfortable environment. Gentle moves for those delicate wrist, shoulder, knee, and hip joints.
This yoga is for everyone. Please join us. Come breathe and move!
Bring a large towel or blanket. We have mats to borrow or buy.
